Preferred Qualifications

Education

Baccalaureate + 5 years education (Business Administration, Industrial / Systems Engineering departments of engineering faculties or other related fields)

Language

Native in French and Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking).

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications, HR, ERP and MRO Software programs.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a related field.

Job Description

Assessing applicants suitability for the job including their qualifications, motivation and personality; managing training planning and performance reviews for employees; supporting company events; implementing a clocking system for personnel.

 

  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers to select qualified candidates.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation session, preparing employment contracts and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  3. Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures and fostering a positive work environment.
  4. Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages and benefits.
  5. Organize and support employee engagement activities and initiatives such as team building events, employee recognition program.
  6. Maintain HR database and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  7. Opening relevant advertisements based on personnel needs
  8. Examining the received applications and uploading them to Jira
  9. Getting back to candidates as a result of negative evaluation
  10. Finalizing the evaluation processes of the candidates, making interview comments on documents
  11. Obtaining and recording personnel leave forms
  12. Giving orientation training for new job candidates
