Test Pilot

Preferred Qualifications

Education

Baccalaureate + 5 years education (Electronics, Computer, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, or other related fields)

Language

Native in French and Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and listening).

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications, technical drawing, ERP and MRO Software programs.

Certificates

FAA Part 107 certification

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a related field.

Job Description

Job Summary

Conducting flight test on aircraft undergoing maintenance, repair, or modification at the MRO center. Evaluating aircraft performance, handling characteristics, and systems functionality to ensure complance with regulatory standards, and airworthiness requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Participating in pre-flight and post-flight ground and flight tests of domestically developed and produced UAVs.
2. Ensuring the up-to-date maintenance of files and data management systems related to the conducted activities. 
3. Timely and accurately preparing reports in compliance with established standards. 
4. Assisting in documentation efforts for UAV pilot training and maintenance activities. 
5. Undertaking UAV test activities both domestically and internationally when required. 
6. Coordinating with relevant technical teams in case of emergencies or malfunctions.
